Return to Your Roots

A grounding, intimate experience to reconnect with your body, your breath and the part of you that doesn't need to rush.

This is a group gathering designed to help you slow down and come back to yourself.

Through guided practices, stillness, sound and subtle energy work, we'll create space to release tension and reconnect to what feels steady underneath it all.

What to Expect

We'll begin with gentle, intentional movement to help the body open and allow the ability to release what we have been holding. Nothing forced, just a conscious invitation to soften and arrive.

From there we work with breathwork as a way to deepen that connection, create space in the body and prepare for the journey.

 

Our journey will be supported with drum beats and energy work as we use somatic techniques to go within ourselves and observe who we are at our cores and help heal what we can.

​

To integrate this session, we'll end with a sound bath to rest and settle all the energy that has been moved so you're left feeling more grounded, connected and yourself.
