I live with one foot in the practical world and one in the intuitive.

I'm equal parts laughter, depth, curiosity and grounded presence. I hold space for anyone willing to show up as themselves, in whatever version that may be.

My work is rooted in honesty, presence, nervous system awareness and self expression. There is no expectation to perform or become anything other than who you already are.

Why This Matters to Me

My own path through movement, energy work, and embodiment has taught me that healing doesn't have to feel heavy. It can be grounding, playful and human.

I support people in reconnecting with themselves in a way that feels grounded, honest and sustainable. At their own pace.

As a Reminder

I'm also a bad singer. I love chaos and the chance to find order within it. Peace is multifaceted and shows us how bright and wild life can be if we let it.

I'm not a mystical authority figure with all the answers. I'm here as a human walking alongside you.
