Move with Me

Gentle practices to reconnect you to you

My yoga classes blend grounding, breath and intuitive movement. Whether it's Kundalini, Yin or slow embodied flows, my goal is simply to help you come home to yourself. One class a week is open to everyone and the rest can be booked privately or by request. As I continue my training, this space will grow with me.

Personal Sessions

Your body, your pace, Your space

One-on-one or small group sessions tailored to exactly what you need. Whether it's grounding, nervous system reset, releasing pent up energy, breathwork or intuitive movement, these sessions are perfect if you want a quiet open space where the movements can soften, shift and shape around your body and abilities rather than the other way around. This isn't to be placed in a mold but to learn your own capabilities and strength.

Kundalini

Breath based, rythmic, uplifting work to shift energy and anchor presence

Yin

Slow, spacious holds to soothe the body and release tension.

Growing With Me

I'm currently enrolled in more training opportunities to expand my knowledge and find connections of what I know to who I am and how I can spread that joy. This space will grow with me, new styles and new practices will be added intentionally and playfully at the pace that feels right. As I find my voice in these new practices and you'd like the chance to to be apart of my growth, let me know. I'll be offering classes at reduced rates where we can learn, laugh and flow together. If that feels like our kind of journey, you're always welcome here.

A Few Things to Know

Do I need experience?

Nope! Everything I teach is adaptable and beginner friendly. We will work together to find what you can do, want to do and what doesn't feel right so you have the confidence in your body to move well.


What do I bring/need?

A yoga mat and water are the main two. If you have blocks, bolsters or straps you feel comfortable with then bring them along! The more props the merrier.


What if your classes don't fit my schedule?

If the timing just isn't right, feel free to reach out with your availability and we can find a time that works best for both of us. Maybe you're not the only one, sometimes it just takes one person to help many.

This practice is here to bring out the best in us — to help us learn our bodies, our minds, and what we truly need to move through life with more ease. You don’t have to fit a mold or look a certain way.
You don’t need perfect alignment or fancy poses. You just need you.
