40 Days of Healing

October 6 - November 14, 2026

This is a 40-day practice in slowing down, checking in and making space for healing.

For 40 days we work with the Siri Gaitri Mantra, creating a simple daily practice that gives us somewhere to return to as we move through whatever life is asking of us. There's no expectation to have anything figured out or fixed. This is simply a space to add to your day in which you pause, reflect and be intentional about what you're carrying and what you want to let go of.

Each day gives you flexibility to add this practice to your own routine and timing and connects you with others to keep accountable. We meet together weekly with space for movement, journaling and connection of chanting.

This is a space to use for yourself or send the love to someone who needs it.

For 40 days, you'll have:

Daily Mantra Practice

How you choose to chant in your 40 days is your choice. Whether you read, hum, chant or sit in silence, this is your practice and your journey.

Weekly Zoom Gatherings

This is a chance to practice together after we move our bodies and ground ourselves. We will check in on how it's been going, talk about what's next and reconnect with our intentions.

Journal Prompts

There will be prompts for those who love to pause, reflect and keep record. This is optional and can be done verbally, written or just thoughtful questions to ponder.

WhatsApp Group

A place to stay connected between gatherings, share reflections, ask questions and have a little accountability without making this another thing to keep up with.
