I am a big woman who used to play small. I found my voice and grounding through Kundalini, energy work, and movement. My journey has taught me that healing doesn’t have to feel heavy—it can be light, playful, and empowering. Now, I share these lessons to help you discover your spark.

After finishing my Kundalini Yoga Training, I was blessed with my spiritual name, Ekkam Seva Kaur. My name reflects my purpose as a guide and healer. Ekkam means 'One,' symbolizing the oneness of all creation and my dedication to fostering unity and connection. Seva translates to 'selfless service,' reminding me to show up with compassion and authenticity. Kaur, meaning 'lioness,' embodies the strength and courage I bring to every space.

This name inspires me to help others reconnect with their truth and light.
